Ways Bilingual School, the first full-time bilingual school in the North Zone of São Paulo, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about early childhood and elementary education, enjoys working collaboratively, and is committed to supporting students' learning and development in a bilingual environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support students throughout their daily school routine, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Assist the classroom teacher in planning, organizing, and conducting learning activities in English.
• Collaborate with the coordination team to ensure the effective implementation of the school's educational program.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning resources.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and other school routines.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy (completed).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level or equivalent proficiency).
• Previous experience working in bilingual schools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset, organization, and proactive attitude.
• Passion for education and child development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• International English proficiency certification.
• Experience supporting Early Childhood Education or Elementary School students.
• Knowledge of bilingual education methodologies.
